Who wants to live in a box?
Builders say “that’s that way we’ve always built homes!” and they say it proudly like its some kind of badge of honor. To me, it shows institutional laziness or a “follow the crowd” mentality. It doesn’t help that the entire industry is built around 2″ x 4″ studs and 4′ x 8′ sheets so I will show them some pity, but now, we have no excuses. I say “free the DREAM” and think outside the box.
This 3D printed home is approximately 1,778 sq. ft. With the private master suite upstairs this is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house offers an open floor plan and windows letting the outside in. It also has it’s autonomous flying car located on the roof for easy access and safety. The total size is 1,778 sq. ft. with open floor plan and very usable space harmoniously blending outdoors with the indoor space.
Here is the view from the back yard. Of course the pools and landscaping will be lot specific but this gives you an idea of how different our 3D house designs can be.
You can picture yourself in a home like this nestled on an island in the Mediterranean or in an urban setting with easy access to work, play, and people.
The point is, your dreams can come true and you certainly don’t have to live in a wooden box any longer. With Sunconomy’s 3D print technology, geopolymer cement, structural design to withstand hurricanes and earthquakes, this home represents the future of homebuilding.
